Commercial Lines Technical Assistants and Customer Service Representatives

A licensed individual with Applied/TAM/Epic, AMS, Sagitta, etc. experience. 1+ years experience handling Commercial Insurance Accounts of a variety of risks and sizes. Mainly phone/email work, processing/issuance, etc. Salary is generally in the $50-60k range, based upon experience.

Commercial Account Managers and Executives

A candidate with strong experience handling all aspects of account and client servicing. Candidate should be knowledgeable with agency management software (TAM/AMS/Sagitta/Epic/etc.) and well versed with Insurance Companies' online portals and Underwriting Guidelines for the purpose of Marketing/Shopping to the Carriers. Salary mid $60k’s to $100k, based upon experience and level of operation. Higher level positions can include bonuses, and other incentives.

Group/Benefits Account Managers or executives

Group Benefits Professionals should have 2+ years within an Insurance Agency environment handling groups of varying sizes (positions range mainly 2-500 lives), RFPs, customer contact, Excel/PowerPoint, marketing to carriers, and strong carrier relationships are all valued skills. Salary varies widely based upon size and number of accounts and upon level of expertise, but generally fall within the $55-100k range. Higher level positions can include commissions, bonuses, and other incentives.

Personal lines Account Managers

Must be licensed and skilled with agency (TAM/AMS/Sagitta/Epic/etc.) and carrier systems. Position involves managing a book of Standard and/or High Net Worth) accounts. Strong carrier portal experience is always preferred. Salary in $50k’s to the 80k’s, based upon experience.

producers

Producers for any and all lines of Insurance in and Independent Agency Environment. Experience is required and most of these opportunities offer Office Support. Most would be a mix of client meetings at clients' offices and compensation usually includes a base plus commissions. Base salary varies dependent upon experience, book/no book, access to potential clientele, etc.

insurance accountants

Accounting Professionals with experience handling the ins and outs of an Independent Insurance Agency / Brokerage office. Some positions are specialty, but most are general office Accounting. Experience with AP/AR, Payroll, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Reporting, Agency Management and Accounting Software, etc. Depending upon staff level of position, $50k - $100k.

insurance agency managers, directors, supervisors

These are top level positions for exceptional Independent Insurance Agency Candidates. Across the spectrum of Insurance and Office Departments. Expert knowledge of the necessary areas of Insurance as well as Supervisory and Systems experience. Salary dependent upon experience and position at offer.
