WE'VE MOVED!

We’ve learned a lot about ourselves and our business over the past couple years. Businesses have learned how to more efficiently manage operations, modernized communication systems, focused more on core business, and prioritized employee well-being and satisfaction… Plus, let’s face it, commuting is the pits!

It is with that in mind that we’ve taken this opportunity to streamline our operations. We’ve long been a hybrid workplace - with some of our team working remotely since the summer of 2000. This December, the rest of our team will move to that structure! This change allows us to spend less time commuting and more time focusing on what we do best - matching experienced Insurance Professionals with organizations in need of their talent.

It also saves considerable expense for both our organization and our individual staff members. And, in an era of increasing expenses across the board, it allows us to hold the line on our fees to clients.

We know this structure is not one which works for every organization, but the trend is clear; the majority of our clients now offer at least a hybrid-remote structure (and many have embraced fully remote options).

We are a close-knit team who have worked together for decades. Heck, our ‘newest’ team member celebrated 21 years at HPI this spring. We will be having regular face-to-face meetings to keep that close connection and will continue to provide our clients and applicants with the same level of targeted staffing assistance that we have offered for going on 35 years!
